Thanks a bunch PavementFreud,

Glad you liked it.  Infact I drew inspiration to write this from the movie Entrapment by Catherine Zeta Jones and Sean Connery.

Love to see you more often,

Sudha

Arrey naah Sudha,

In Cold Blood is not about art thieving...it is about a cold-hearted murder in American Suburbia in the 60s...

The real life outcome of the case was known when the book hit the stands...so there was no element of surprise in the book...yet...it became a classic.

I drew paralles to compliment you for having achieved the feat of sustaining the reader's interest...in spite of a tell tale title...truly commendable

You keep spinning wonderful stories like this one...and I'll break in uninvited

Dear Pavementfreud,

Many thanks for visiting the blog and reading the story especially at my behest.

I have not read this book and incase you draw parallels with it, then I should lay my hands on it.  As you may have noticed it is entirely a figment of my imagination, but since art thieving has been the story for many authors and directors it is easy to draw parallels.

Yes maybe I should've added how the painting gets stolen in the paragraphs earlier, but as I wrote the story, I felt I should keep the reader's attention glued till the end and therefore gave the details only in the end.

Swiz aka Switzerland, maybe it was just an unintentional typo ;-)

Good to see you here Pavementfreud, would like to see you more in my blogs, keep visiting.  Appreciate your forthright comments,

Sudha
